1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HTS ECARD ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

HTS ECARD is a digital business card platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage a digital business card profile
• Share their profile via NFC card tap, QR code scan, or direct URL
• Allow visitors to save contact information (vCard) without installing an app
• View basic analytics on profile views

3. Account Registration

Accounts are created by administrators after a card order is placed and payment is verified. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information in your order and profile
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Public self-registration is not available. Accounts are issued exclusively through the order and verification process.

4. Orders and Payment

• NFC card orders are placed through the Platform's order form
• Payment is made via the available payment methods (GCash, Maya, Bank Transfer)
• Proof of payment must be uploaded for verification
• Orders are processed only after payment is verified by an administrator
• We reserve the right to reject orders with invalid or unverifiable payment

5. NFC Cards

• Physical NFC cards are programmed with your unique profile URL
• NFC cards remain the property of HTS ECARD until delivery is completed
• You are responsible for the care of your NFC card after delivery
• Replacement cards may be subject to additional charges
• NFC functionality depends on the recipient's device compatibility

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Distribute malware or harmful files
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the Platform for spam, phishing, or any illegal activity
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete accounts that violate these terms without notice.

7. Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, logos, text)
• By uploading content, you grant us a license to display it on your public profile and within the Platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload
• The Platform design, code, and branding remain the intellectual property of HTS ECARD

8. Public Profile

• Your digital business card is publicly accessible via your unique URL
• You control what information is displayed on your public profile
• Anyone with your URL, QR code, or NFC card can view your profile
• We are not responsible for how third parties use information you make public

9. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions

10. Account Deactivation

We may deactivate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We receive a valid legal request
• We discontinue the service (with reasonable notice)

You may request account deletion by contacting our support team.

11. Limitation of Liability

HTS ECARD is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of business or contacts resulting from service issues
• Unauthorized access to your account due to compromised credentials
• Third-party actions based on your public profile information
• NFC card malfunction due to physical damage or device incompatibility

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
